how to enable graphic card without booting pc if it is disabled

When i start my oc just the booting window is apearing or nothing plz help me

If you used to have integrated graphics and switched to dedicated gpu you need to go into mobo bios (search your manual for key to kit when first booting) and change it to pcie graphics.

When you say the boot screen, are you tlaking about the bios screen with white text, or are you talking about the windows splash screen where it says starting windows???
