How to enable MFAA in GTA V

I've got a GTX 970 and wanted to enable MFAA. I enabled it in the Nvidia control panel but how do I enable it in the game? I don't see any MFAA option in the graphics settings menu like MSAA has.
Also i got around 60FPS with 2x MSAA before turning MFAA on in the control panel. Can I expect the same with 4x MFAA?

Hit ESC, go to settings, go to advance settings scroll down to find Enable MFAA. THERE won't be that much of a diferemce.

There is no advanced settings under settings. There is an advanced graphics option which does not have the MFAA toggle.

Here just enable it to on and then go to the game and select MSAA x2 or more and it will enable it does make a decent difference
