How to Enable Physx in Planetside 2

Hi guys I know that sony disconnected physx and they said they may bring it back. For sure I know there is a file saying physx in my folder. Since that is still in my folder I assume there is a file I need to open and make adjustments to enable phsyx or create a a word to enable physx. If anyone know how can you please help me.

I've tried to make this work using the config files with no luck. I remember when I used to be enabled and looked glorious. I think they are working on getting PS2 to work on PS4 which is AMD based so no PhysX right now. Just a possible reason. Hopefully they bring it back.

I wonder if this still works:

All you need to do is find your Planetside 2 root folder and open the useroptions.ini file in a text editor. Inside, find the [Rendering] section, and the following to the bottom:

ForceGpuPhysics=1

GpuPhysics=1

Save the file and you're all set.

I played PS2 since early beta, using Physx for a short while.

Though it has been removed, and I cant find a way to get it back, it was graphically debilitating to run.

Yeah I tried the Useroption.ini settings a while back and nothing. I miss the PhysX. I put the game down for a yearish and came back to no PhysX. My old GTX680 OCed like a screaming banshee and ran it just fine with PhysX enabled. Here is a good video of what we are missing.

The lifts just absolutely killed my 760 every time, those turbulence effects were too much for my rig
