im not very technical so please tell me what else you need. I just updated windows 10 to 11 and it was enabled before but now it isnt.

If it came pre-installed, then it has Secure Boot enabled.

If you updated it via official means, then it would refuse to do so if Secure Boot was disabled. And even if you somehow managed to update to Windows 11 without Secure Boot enabled, then Windows would be telling you about this.
