How to Enable Stereo Mix on Conextant SmartAudio

I know Conextant disables Stereo Mix on some Windows 10 devices, which is incredibly inconvenient. I have checked the drivers and I can't find any place to enable it in a config or in a driver script, being that most of the driver files appear to be encrypted. How can I modify the driver so I can use Stereo Mix, or install a new driver to avoid this issue?
