Hi,
I have the Gigabyte Z390 gaming X MB with a i7-9700 CPU and I'd like to use the integrated GPU. I also have a discrete GPU (RTX 2070) but in some cases (hackintosh) I need only the integrated one.

I did enable the integrated one in the BIOS and it works but only after I boot into Windows. The problem is that I need to use the integrated GPU also before booting into an OS so that I can configure the BIOS and/or choose the proper boot device.

Any idea how I could do that without removing physically my discrete GPU?

cheers

Hi, i have the same problem with an ASUS ROG STRIX Z490 GAMING E with an Intel i7 10700K, i can't get the iGPU to work during POST, it will start output things only when Windows is logging in!

Even if i remove the dGPU the iGPU won't have output during POST, do you find a solution??

I'm on the same boat (Hackintosh) as my dGPU is a RTX 2080..
