I have this adapter, The wake up on LAN is enabled in BIOS...But the option to wake the computer is grayed out:

I guess my USB adapter does not support this ? Any other way to wake up the computer ?

I am sharing(through network) a printer attached to a Windows 10 PC with my other Linux computer .. When I print something on my Linux box while the Windows PC is sleeping, I want the Windows PC to wake up and start printing...How do I achieve this ?

Solution
Several things must happen in order for this to work:
  • Your computer should be able to be woken by USB activity (eg mouse / keyboard)
  • your USB adapter must remain powered and support this function
  • it is called "Wake on LAN" for a reason.

It might be just easier / cheaper to get a WiFI print server.

I agree. Either a dedicated print server of use a Raspberry PI that just stays on.
