Hi All!

I'm currently updating my TOSHIBA Satellite Pro (A660-x), and have recently added Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB DDR3 1600 MHz (same type) to 2/4 memory slots; I've left the other two slots empty. When opening CPU-Z, I find the following under the "Memory" tab:

General
Type: DDR3
Size: 16 GBytes
Channel #: Dual

Timings
DRAM Frequency: 665.1 MHz
FSB DRAM: 1:5
9 - 9 - 9 - 23
CR: 1T

Here's info about my Processor, Motherboard and BIOS:

Processor
Name: Intel Core i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00 GHz
Code Name: Sandy Brdige
Max TDP: 45.0 W
Package: Socket 988B rPGA
Technology: 32 nm

Motherboard
Manufacturer: TOSHIBA
Model: PHQAA 1.00
Chipset: Intel, Sandy Bridge, Rev. 09
Southbridge: Intel, HM65, Rev. B2

BIOS
Aptio, American Management Systems
Version: 2.40 (most updated version)

As DRAM Frequency and CL - tRCD - tRP - tRAS are under-performing, I was looking into enabling XMP via my BIOS. However, when booting, I was only able to find Intel's Turbo Boost Tech. Would anyone here be able to assist? Would be super appreciated!! :)

Solution
Processor Number i7-2630QM
Memory Types DDR3 1066/1333

Not all motherboards use XMP (eXtreme Memory Profiles). You appear to be using the wrong speed memory for that CPU. The TOSHIBA Satellite Pro (A660-x) doesn't match much anything. You may not know the correct model you have. I would suggest using your product serial number at your country Toshiba support site.
