how to enable xmp ram?

my system :
i5 2400
asrock H71m-dg3
8gb pc1600 ddr3

i cannot find how to enable xmp for maximun my spd ram.. now just setting @ 1333mhz.
can u help me..should i change my mobo..can u suggest the better mobo for my sandy..thanks.

Your mobo doesn't support 1600 and good chance the CPU won't either
