how to enlarge the partition of a cloned ssd

. I employed Macrium Reflect software to clone my SSD 500 GB out of a 120 GB SSD. However it only shows the same size of my older disk, that is the 120 GB, how can I enlarge one of the partitions, or get advantage of the rest of the SSD disk (500) at the cloning process?. Use windows disk manager to format the rest and might be able to resize from there.

Can use a free program like EaseUS Partition Manager to resize if not.
