I have just done a full reset of my computer running Windows 8.1. It did not finish and I cannot see anything displayed on my monitor. So I have decided that I want to create a windows 10 bootable usb stick to install windows 10. My question is, how can I enter the BIOS settings for my computer.

When do I have to press those keys.
Do I have to press the key, then press the power button and keep the key pressed down until the BIOS settings appear or what?

Do I have to press any buttons after I insert the latest bios?

Can I also install the latest bios onto a USB stick? I don't have any of my dvd's or cd's with me at the moment.

Edit: I downloaded the latest bios file and it had the extension: .cap. What should I do with it?

My pc always boots up too fast to show the bios message and the screen doesn't turn on now.

I formatted the usb stick as fat32, put the .cap file on it and booted up the other computer while the usb stick was plugged in. It still does not show anything on the screen.

Edit: If you have a Solution, please tell me soon as I am going to go to the closest Tech store for them to fix it. I would like to avoid doing that though.
