How to enter BIOS?

I bought a new PC and installed Windows 8.1 and then installed BlueStacks 4 it said "ENABLE VIRTUALIZATION FOR BETTER EXPERIENCE". Then I did all the stuff to enter BIOS and enable that thing. But I couldn't find UEFI in the Advanced Options. So how can I get access to BIOS and enable Virtualization? My PC Specifications:

If you power up your PC, the booting screen (most of the times the first thing to appear on the monitor) will tell you to press a button to enter BIOS. This button is most of the time F2, F7 or DELETE.
