Question How To Enter Game Mode/Silent Mode On Avast! Free Antivirus For Mac

My question is how do I enter silent mode on Avast! free antivirus for mac? I have a Windows PC, and I have found Game mode on it, but I cannot seem to find the setting for Mac OS X. I went on Google, but all of the answers were not specified whether they were Mac or not, so I followed them and none of them helped.

should be the same with windows and mac version. find the avast icon in the toolbar and select silent/gaming mode

when I click on the toolbar icon, the only things that are there are
last pop up messages
show shield statistics
open Avast!
and open Avast! preferences
