How to exit UEFI BIOS?

Can I just press the power button to shut down. Cause just doing "discard changes & exit... it just boots back up to the BIOS... so should I just tap the power button.. and not "hold" it...

Ok!... Ive found its ok to just tap the power button again to shut off... I got to thinking... Ive seen multiple videos of techs shorting out the + and - power pin to "Power Up" and shorting out the same "+and-" to "Power Down"...
