[SOLVED] How to extract file names from winrar file?

My winrar file contains about 106 files, I can't able to manual type all those file names into txt file.
Is there way to extract all those files names (I don't need file extensions) into txt file ?
Using windows 10.

Where should I type this command?

Press the windows key together with the R key to open a run window type in cmd and press the enter key,this will open a command line window.

Now open the directory where winrar is and drag and drop the rar.exe into the command window

type in(or copy paste) -logf= and then drag and drop your winrar archive

type in where the text file should be

,make sure there are spaces in the correct places and press the enter key.

I solved by myself by this command:
First I navigate to the folder where rar file exist using cd command.
