how to factory resets a toshiba satellite, windows 7 to factory settings

My computer has some sort of virus on it so, i'm hoping by factory resetting the laptop I will be able to get rid of it but, whenever I try to reset it, it doesn't work.

I hold down the 0 while starting up my computer and it makes the long beep before starting up as normal and I cannot reset it. Help!

If this link will not work, you'll need to order a factory reset disc from Toshiba. Just enter the serial number of your laptop and it should give you the exact factory reset disc for your laptop.
