It's right in the name. 3200Mhz. Sometimes BIOS will list it as 1600Mhz since that's the true frequency the ram is actually running at (but double data rate makes it 3200 Megatransfers/second, which is often falsely called megahertz). If you mean making sure that your ram is running at that speed, you just have to go to the settings with XMP profile and set it on.
