How to find domain user password with domain admin rights

I am a domain administrator and can login domain machines with domain admin rights.Now the question is how and where can I find and change the domain user password with domain admin privileges without using active directory. And if encrypted, how to decrypt and where the decryption will be. Kindly guide me the whole procedure or link for my question.

As your post is without ANY verification, we can not honestly believe you are the Domain Admin on some account and trying to do this. Honestly this sounds totally bogus as a Domain Admin myself, and Tom's Hardware's Forum Policies does not support 'Cracking' password, encryption, torrents, illegal or pirated software, software keys, etc.

The user and password information is kept in Active Directory, so there is no way to change a domain password without using active directory
