how to find out if motherboard supports uefi?

Someone left a comment that this card only supports UEFI so I'm trying to figure out if her model does since it's pretty old.

Model: Hp Pavilion GX614AA-ABA-A6330F
Motherboard: ASUSTek Computer INC NARRA2 (socket am2)

I've tried using this: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/check-if-uefi-or-bios but it doesn't work there's no setupact log in the folder.

Where did you read about the card only working with a UEFI system? Post a link or a copy of it.

If you boot up the computer and go to the boot options screen you can easily see there if it's UEFI or not.

That just means it support UEFI firmware. Nothing to worry about, that's actually a good thing.
