How to find out the number of times a PC has been formatted?

Hello,
I want to know the process (or trick) by the virtue of which I can find out the exact number of times a PC has been formatted.

I don't believe there is any way to...

From my experience there isnt a way, the format removes all traces of data that would give this away.
