How to find out what my sound card is?

Hey guys, I just upgraded from 32 bit to 64 bit windows.

Unfortunately I have an additional 7.1 sound card because my motherboard doesn't support 7.1, but I have long since lost my Sound Card box and drivers disk so I have no idea how to get my sound up and running since I can't even figure out what it is.

I tried Speccy, but Speccy just tells me what I already have installed.

As it stands, those jacks are useless on this newly formatted PC.

There should be something printed on it, either directly on the PCB, or on a sticker, that will provide a clue as to what it is, even if it's just a part number. If you post photos of the front and back of the sound card, I can try to identify it, or perhaps someone here in the forums will recognize it.

Just knowing it's Genius brand isn't enough, since there have been at least 21 models by them:

Those drivers go back to Win95 and older, so many of the cards might not even have 64-bit drivers.
The serial number (which is what S/N stands for) is impractical to search with.
I haven't found a card by them that I can confirm is 7.1 channel, the only one currently listed on the manufacturer website is this one:
http://www.genius-europe.com/en/produktdetail.php?ID2=40&ID=30&ID3=80
There are driver links on that page, but they don't specify whether they include 64-bit drivers, and if your card doesn't match, they won't work anyway.
