On my laptop, in order for me to surf the browsers now, Toshiba is asking me to activate the Driver Update Service by purchasing a Registration Key. Where can I find it?

I am with rgd1101. So sounds like a scam and possible problems on the laptop. You really should scan the computer for viruses, malware, spyware, etc.
