How to find wattage on dell computer parts

I need to find the wattage used on a Intel Pentium 4 processor in a mPGA478 socket with a 400/533MHz system bus

what processor? a Pentium 4 630 uses a max of 155W in a Tomshardware system review here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/intel-cpu-power-consumption,1750-9.html but I don't knwo which one you are trying to find out about.
