How to find your default cpu/nb freq and ht link speed?

Hey! I'm trying to overclock my FX6300 from 3.5 to 4.3 using a video on Youtube that I find reliable. The problem is that the video calls for setting your CPU/NB Frequency and HT Link Speed to the default value. In the video the guy has both of his on 2000MHz but when I press F5 for "optimize default" it just sets it to "auto." Should I leave it on auto or look up the default values for them? And if the latter how do I do it?

Also is there a way to check my RAM speed on my computer?

You can download CPU-Z. It will show you a bunch of info about your computer including ram speed. Can you set both of your at 2000MHz. If you set it on auto it might change as you overclock other things.
