Question How to fix “no internet, secured”?

Hello, I have been having this problem for a few days now and I need this fixed asap. Whenever I connect to my 2.4ghz Wi-Fi or my 5ghz I get this message that it is connected, but I don’t get any internet. I have followed every guide I can find on this and have even went out and spend £50 on a new Wi-Fi card and it still says the same thing. When I run windows troubleshoot I get that it says, “Wi-Fi4” doesn’t have a valid IP configuration, I am so stuck for ideas and I am just lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Yes to both it’s only my pc that doesn’t work.

I can’t see if Ethernet works because of my limitations but the router is owned by my family.

I’m sure my family is pretty technologically illiterate and I work pretty much all tech in our house, including the only one who knows how to work the internet, until now tho lol

I also just tried to connect to my phone hotspot to see if it was an issue with my internet, and it just says the exact same thing “no internet, secured”

I don’t use a vpn on my pc and I have already ran one, all clean
