My PC has a Seagate Barracuda Hard Disk 3 TB ( ST3000DM001 ) with 7200 rpm speed. one day when i check hd sentinel, the health appear decreasing to 88 % , and the overview said :

"The drive found 8 bad sectors during its self test.
There are 8 weak sectors found on the disk surface. They may be remapped any time in the later use of the disk.
At this point, warranty replacement of the disk is not yet possible, only if the health drops further.
It is recommended to examine the log of the disk regularly. All new problems found will be logged there.
No actions needed."
can somebody help me with this ? cause i had multiple trauma about hardisk , especially the external one ( 2 pcs of 1 tb seagate not functioning anymore ). even if the health is still good ( 88 % ). is there any action i can do with the hd sentinel itself or with a better app to repair this ?
