Solution MeteorsRaining Oct 13, 2014 There's nothing like a burnt pixel, its either dead (black) or stuck (at one color). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defective_pixel#Stuck_versus_dead_pixels Your case seems like a stuck pixel not dead, there are a couple good apps to restore it. http://www.wikihow.com/Fix-a-Stuck-Pixel-on-an-LCD-Monitor
