Question How to Fix Belkin F1DA108T (and 104) losing Console Brightness. Capacitors?

Both Belkins are doing this - the 4 and 8 port.
This is VGA video.
Everything else works properly.
The 8 port is much worse than the 4 port.
Is it possible it could be the AC adapter? 8 port possibly pulling down voltage more than 4 port ???
I would swap the KVM cable, but the dimming is different on the 2 KVMs so it can't be the cable.

Since VGA uses Luma and Chroma, I'm suspecting an issue with Luma since images are "blacker."
So that could mean the Luma voltage is low which points to the supply where a "weakening" electrolytic cap could be the problem.

Issue with small caps is that you don't see them bulge. The Channel Master STB w/S-video had a chronic cap failure - I have 2 of them and same failure. So a bad small cap is a person of interest.

thinking... since possible low voltage, could still be the AC adapter. (Must find another one to try...)
