How to fix blurry screen on laptop

the screen is blurry and vibrates.. every thing is working fine plus my norton antivirus is out dateed. pls help

uninstall the norton antivirus and use MSE or AVG Free.

does you screen look normal when booting the computer in Safe Mode?
