How to fix BOOTMGR is Compressed error without CD or USB?

Help please...trying to clean C disc and after that message shown on screen..BOOTMGR IS COMPRESSED,press CTRL,ALT,DEL to restart,after that nothing happened shown the same message, I don't have installation CD and cannot get one and my laptop(BIOS) doesn't have option to boot from USB..is it possible to fix this error without CD or USB????? Thanks for any hepl.. Windows 7 is OS...

download win 7 iso image from digital river and burn it into cd
http://www.techverse.net/download-windows-7-iso-x86-x64-microsofts-official-servers/
or borrow installation disc from realitves/neighbours/friends
and do startup reapair.
without cd usb i think it is not possible to recover your s/m
