[SOLVED] how to fix bsod stop code "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal"?

so recently I have this issue when watching movie or playing some music, I already try updating the graphic driver and updating windows but this problem still happen.
i dont know what to do, can you guys help me?

my pc spec:
x470 gaming 7 wifi bios f40
amd Athlon 200ge
gtx 680
16gb ddr4 ram
windows 10 pro x64 build 1903
120gb nvme for boot drive
3tb hdd

is my hardware broken or not?

It's probably broken hardware or instable memory or GPU overclock

Somebody else had this problem and it tend to be drivers. Double check your drivers especially your GPU. Do a proper uninstall with DDU and reinstall the driver. Also double check you are up to date on all your drivers.

I think my ram just fine, it run in xmp1 profile stock speed 3200mhz

Try loading optimized defaults in bios and see if it works.
