[SOLVED] How to fix BSoD while booting?

I set the PC up with no problems initially. It ran about a month with no problems. Then while streaming a movie from Disney Plus it crashed with a BSoD. Every time I attempted to reboot it BSoD'd again till I got the WinRE. Used System Restore to fix problem. Seemed like everything was going fine. Attempted to stream another Disney Plus movie, about half way through it got another BSoD. This time however I cannot recover since it BSoD's even when going to WinRE. It never makes it past the initial "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen.

I attempted to just do a clean install using my original Windows 10 Retail. I get to the part where it asks you if you want 64 bit or 32 bit windows. Then I get a screen that says "loading files", it reboots and blue screens again. I even tried installing my old SSD, a Samsung 850 256 GB, but I get the BSoD there also.

I also pulled out the RAM and installed them 2 at a time, referring to the motherboard book as to which of the 4 slots to put them in. I BSoD on every configuration of 2 sticks. I also installed just 1 stick at a time, all 4 BSoD. I checked the CMOS battery, it has 3.2 volts. Changed out the SATA Cable to the SSD hoping that would help.

Pretty much stuck at this point. The BSoD screen I get do verify some with the stop code. I get one of these 3:

1. CRITICAL PROCESS DIED
2. 0x000007b
3. PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA

I listed them in the order of frequency that I get them. CRITIAL PROCESS DIED is like 80% of the time.

All parts were purchased new, except the Case and Video Card. Video Card is an ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1070 8 GB.

Anyway, if anyone here has any ideas of what I can do to at least diagnose the problem, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Try clearing CMOS first. I would reccomend updating your bios, but this might not be the way to go if the system is being unstable.

Yeah I did clear the bios. I removed the battery and unplugged all the cables for a few minutes. Then booted back up and used default settings.

I think I have this figured out now. Turns out the CPU cooler was not installed correctly. I think I had one side way too tight. I must have tightened one side down first then when I tightened down the other side, the first side got too tight. So make sure you tighten these together evenly. And I just have them lightly tightened. Soon as I adjusted the CPU cooler it has run perfectly since last night.
