I agree with what you're trying to say, but I think you misunderstand the situation.
The early access period of Andromeda is part of Origin Access. You don't spend any money on Andromeda, or need to have preordered it in order to play the early access trial. It's a subscription service that gives you a discount on EA games as well as full access to a decent chunk of their catalog of older games, and free trials of new games that are coming out. It's a pretty consumer friendly program, all things considered.
