Laptop model: Acer Nitro ANV15-51

Hello, I do not know a lot on computers so I am confused on what to do. I bought the above laptop and tried playing Warframe for a bit, setting the refresh rate to 120 and FPS with medium settings and then these lines appear for about 10 to 30 minutes of playing. I tried the forest and the lines also appear.
I tried turning one adaptive vysnch and they still appear?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Where did you source the installer for the game(s)? Have you taxed your laptop with other titles? You might want to check if your laptop is pending any BIOS updates. Following that, use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest driver sourced from GPU chip maker's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

My research tells me your laptop's panel is meant for 144Hz, so that might be what you should set it to.

It'd benefit everyone if you could include a video of what you're seeing. Host the files on a site like Imgur and then pass on the link here for us to see.
