too little info given. OS? Patch on fllout 3? retail or steam?

Google.....? Lol. This is like one of the most common crashes of all time there is tons of info. It's a couple lines of tweaking in the configs that fixes it, I'd post it but I can't remember what it is exactly. Just search 'fallout 3 crash config tweak' or something like that.
