Hello everyone,
I have two Fire tv's and two Fire tv sticks and all were disconnected from the internet the other night at the same time (all Fire Tv's are wired) but yet all computers and a smart tv are connected and working. The error message is "connected but with problems".
Things I tried:
-enter network settings manually.
- reset Fire tv.
-connected wired and wifi.
-reset Firetv to factory settings.
-reset Fios router.
Nothing fixed it. I was on chat with Verizon and Amazon at the same time for 3 hours and nobody can help.
HELP!!!
P.S. Before this happened, my Fire tv's and Fire tv sticks have been working with no problems for the past 3 years since they were purchased.
I do not know if this is related but I could not login to my Amazon shopping app in my phone. it says "check your internet connectivity" and yet my wifi is fine. I then disabled my wifi and used my data instead and I could login just fine.
