How to fix gfxui error in windows xp

i have laptop hp model 4420s .when i start window xp i found an error gfxui has encountered a problem and needs to close we are sorry for the inconvenience. please help me that how to fix the problem.

First off, I don't know why this is in the Windows 7 Drivers forum. This is very much NOT an issue with Windows 7, I'd appreciate it if an admin moved it. This link should show you how to fix your problem.
