Yep, if you can source ( or have made ) a suitable backplate it should reduce sag.
Or you could make a support pillar and use it as a feature of the build.
Or you could use a length of black Nylon thread.
I used one from puget systems that was made of acrylic. Jayz2cents did a video where he installed a screw in the back of the motherboard tray (where the PCI-e bracket is locked in place) that did a great job of lifting the sagging corner. Video below.
