How to fix Intel SATA SSD error?

What do I need to do in order to repair the disk?

well remove the SSD and try to reformat it(it says that the SSD on port 1 failed since it is used only as a caching device to speed up the disk access by intel RST ). then rebuild the Intel RST.

when i says remove i meant disable the intel RST first then plug it in on any port that is not set on RAID in the BIOS then try to format it (alsop try and run diagnostics on the SSD it may have failed.)
