I recently flashed CyanogenMod 12.1 to my MyPhone MY33. Upon restarting, both IMEI's show up as "null" in *#06# and in the system info, both show up as invalid. The same occurs when reflashing the stock room (even after a complete format and using SP Flash Tools) or any ROM. I found a fix that is supposed to use MAUI but every time i try to connect the phone in Meta Mode, I get an error saying:

Connect AP Result
-->SP META Wrapper DLL: SP META API Execute Failed
Execute SP META API: SP_META_ConnectInMetaModeByUSB_r

Followed by

[128] Connection process stop due to AP side problems, please press [reconnect] button to connect with target.

How do i fix this or is there any other way to restore the IMEI's.

I have the original stock ROM, but even after flashing that the IMEI's are still invalid. Same with custom ROM's.

Custom ROM: CyanogenMod 12.1

PC: Windows 10 64-bit

I have all the necessary drivers including the Android CDC Drivers, Mediatek VCOM Drivers, SP Flash tools etc.

The Phone fully works in CM, just no IMEI.

The phone is a MYPhone My33 with a Mediatek MT6592

Solution
That is quite bad and loosing IMEI most of the time results in a bricked phone. If you have a backup available then install that and check for the IMEI. Otherwise try recovery software from the manufacturer (if available).
