[SOLVED] How to fix it?

After windows reinstall, I can't see temperature symbol in windows programs. It's the first time I am having that kind of problem. I don't know what I did wrong. Any help?

Yes, I see it in browser, but not in software

Not all software uses the degree symbol (° ) since it is somewhat superfluous. Instead they show C for Celsius anf F for Fahrenheit which is more useful information.

Did you even open link with a picture? It was fine before. Only started to happen after reinstall. And I want to know where and what I did wrong

Which Windows programs are you not seeing the degree symbol? Your language settings are correct and you're seeing it in the browser, so I'm a bit confused.

So far I can't see it in two programs where I could see it before. HWinfo and AIDA64

The issue is not in either of those programs, but somewhere in windows and I need to know where, to fix it and avoid doing it in the future

What font is selected? I have Arial. I would note that I have HWMonitor installed and I can see the degree symbol in that application.

OK, so I've install HWINFO and I'm still unable to duplicate the issue. I'm still seeing the Degree Symbol °

Let's go back to the Character Map. Can you confirm that under the Arial Font, the code for the degree symbol is U+00B0?

Scroll down and click on Administrative language settings under Related Settings.
Under Language for non-Unicode programs, click the Change System Locale button.
What does it say for Current System Locale? (I have English (United States) and Beta is unchecked.

I had Beta on. After turning it off, everything is fine now. Thanks)))))))))))))
