How to fix keyboard on toshiba laptop c55-a? I can’t put in my password.

Solution
Use an external keyboard for temporary. I'd recommend replacing the keyboard, which you can order the keyboard online and either install it yourself or get it installed by a shop. I'd recommend alone, but it's up to your level of knowledge.

When you get to the Windows log-in screen, there should be an ease of access icon in one of the lower corners of the display. When you click on it, one of the options should be an onscreen keyboard. Use your mouse to enter the password in the log-in window.

I tried that and it only lets me input a number but not letter, just like the actual keyboard
