[SOLVED] How to fix low power draw 6600 xt?

In games, I have a low power draw of 6600 and due to this low fps, but in tests everything is fine. In tests, it produces 135 watts, but in games it reaches a maximum of 60 watts.

If in tests with 100 percent load gives you maximum power draw then the game/version of it is definitely the culprit. What you can do is go to adrenaline, enable tuning and increase power draw slider to maximum. It is totally safe if you don't increase voltage
