Question How to fix massive memory leak?

I have had this issue for quite a time and each solution I try doesn't work so I've learned how to live with restarting my PC every few hours. On my tower, I have 48 GB of memory and within a few hours it is all used, and when I check my processes nothing is out of the ordinary. If you have any ideas on how to find what is causing this memory leak that would be greatly appreciated.

Under task manager, process tab, sort it by memory usage. That will tell you what's using the RAM.

I can't find any processes using up an abnormally large amount of memory especially 41GB worth.

I'd start here.

On task manager, open up the resource manager.
select the memory tab and you will see what apps are using ram.

Some apps like chrome and discord may be involved.
