How to fix max Payne 2 launching problem

I have downloaded max Payne 2 and extracted it it is direct gameplay it is not launching all my specs are OK but not launching it is showing in process but not opening

I got max payne 1 and the same under 7. loads and works great with xp , same under vista works great , load installs under 7 but will not start like you say ??

plenty of so called work around on the web but none of them helped me on 7 at all .. google max payne won't start and you should find plenty on it
