Question How to fix mic issues on Windows 11 ?

Hello, I am having issues with my JBL Tune 510BT mic quality. The entire issue began when the Bluetooth option was randomly hidden in device manager and there were no properties connected to it. I ended up installing Realtek & MediaTek from ASRock's page for my B760M-C motherboard where i was able to access Bluetooth again. The issue now is that the mic sounds either very choppy or completely robotic and stuck on hands free. I tried turning off telephony but that did nothing but mute my mic, I tried disabling hands free options but it didnt improve quality, and there is no option other than hands free.

use intel update utility or intel.com driver page to update the bluetooth driver

is the antenna still connected correctly?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List of all connected peripherals.

Wired or wireless network?

Right click the small speaker icon usually located in the lower right screen corner.

First run the troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

If not, then go into the other menu options and check the various windows, tabs, and properties. Could be some misconfigured setting.

Also Use "WIN" + "I" > System to access and check Personalization and Audio options.

Again some setting may not be as expected or as it should be.
