Question How to fix multiple monitor refresh rate problems?

I have one 200hz monitor and two 60hz monitors. When I turn the refresh rate up for the 200hz monitor, it turns off and on every couple of seconds. The two 60hz monitors do not change at all during this time. How could I get the monitor to stop turning on and off at 200hz?

The 200hz one is a Sceptre C30 the two 60hz ones are LG 25UM57 I have a GTX 1060 6gb and each monitor is plugged into its own port, 2 HDMI and the Sceptre one is plugged in via displayport
