Question How to fix my computer

I spilled water on my desktop computer about 2 weeks ago I unplug it right after and took everything out and let it dry for two week and I just put it all to gather and now when I push the power button the cpu fan starts to turn on and then turns right back off and it sounds like a weird noise coming from my mother bored motherboard. Any suggestions?

Something obviously shorted and burned, every part has to be checked by itself.
