i have a 7970 and when i turn my pc on everything start GPU fan spin, but no output to screens. i know it posts cause when i press the power button in takes 10 -15 seconds to shutdown, where if it was stuck in a bios message it would shutdown instantly.

swap RAM sticks see if this work.If not then go ahead and remove all hardware from the pc(hdd,gpu,rams,dvd...) after that start the press start up button and u must hear some beeps. If u don't hear beeps then the mobo is faulty

no need to pull everything?? his symptoms are "no signal to his monitor" not EBOLA ....

no signal on screen can be caused by the RAM.but whatever.

he also said it gets past post which means if the ram was the culprit it wouldnt get that far :)

from what I've read he ain't getting something on screen.

and saying "if you dont hear beeps your mobo is faulty" lol most modern motherboards come with no speaker, or its in the box if you want it

remove youre videoboard from pc,clean it and then put it back carefuly
check the monitor i have same problem and it from my monitor
check the monitor cable ,maybe it defect or you didint pluged it in corectly

if it's home build then ur right tho I don't see it.Aight I'll leave you to advice on this topic

have you tried different cables, made sure its seated properly , tried onboard graphics if any , tried a different monitor, etc...

dude im not trying to muscle in on you,, any advice is better then none ,, sorry :)
