Question how to fix my screen?

i opened today my pc monitor and had a purple tint and it's refreshrate drops down to 0 every 5 seconds. has a purple line to the top. under that line monitor drop the refreshrate and over that line works fine. i can see the frames change under the line . i have msi 1660 ti with hdmi to vga transformer and a DELL P2312H. i have tried with different display and work fine and i also tried with different pc the dell monitor and again has this problem. i have all the new drivers for gpu and monitor. Please if someone could help i 'll appreciate it. thanks

You can buy a new panel for the monitor and see if that helps. But considering a working used model of the same monitor is about $50 or less you are better off replacing it.
